In excess of two hundred Ascension Wall Lights were mounted in the staircases and on the columns of the open plan offices. On the staircases, where space and accessibility are of paramount importance, the Ascension was mounted in the normal manner flat against the walls. Whilst in the offices, the optional Horizontal Wall Mounting Bracket was used to fix the luminaires perpendicular to the circular columns, as shown in the image, to provide illumination with a high uplighting aspect to create a bright and airy environment.
The Ascension Wall Light is a superb harmonisation of die-cast aluminium, high quality etched glass and energy efficient T5 Circular Fluorescent subtly sculpted into a distinctive architectural luminaire. The stylish gear housing is designed to accept a wide choice of gear types including dimming and despite its minimal size, integral emergency versions, whilst the T5 Circular Fluorescent lamp, with an impressive 20,000 hour life, offers excellent performance.
Available in both Wall Light and Pendant versions, the Ascension is of the very highest standard and is eminently suited to architecturally led projects including prestigious office, hotel, restaurant, reception and stairway applications.
